We have been visiting Massimo’s for a good few years now and have never … I repeat never had a bad experience or meal at this restaurant. Even though we are not frequent visitors as we travel all the way from Kuilsriver ( Yes that place located behind the Boerewors Curtain in the north) to enjoy a truly authentic Italian meal. From Pastas to Pizzas 🍕 and everything in between we have never been disappointed. The home made Lemoncello is the cherry 🍒 on the cake.

We absolutely love Massimo’s, our favourite local pizzeria in Hout Bay. Fresh high quality produce used. My daughters and I usually choose one of the many pizzas where a portion of the sale goes to a local Hout Bay NGO community. The Luna pizza is super tasty and donations go to DARG, the animal rescue. Service is friendly and vibey and the general atmosphere in the restaurant is a happy noisy hummmm. Best pizza in Africa as they say 😊

My husband and I visited Massimo's for our anniversay. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Its a nice cosy restaurant with inside and outside seating and even a play area outside for the kids. All the food we ordered was absolutely delicious. My favorite was the Carbonara Pasta which i can't wait to go back for! A bonus was that our waitress had the most beautiful voice, singing as she brought our food to the table. Will definitely recommend.
